Manager, SNU Astronomy Undergraduate Research Intern Office
I served as Manager of the SNU Astronomy Undergraduate Research Intern Office (학부생 연구 인턴실), acting as Head Representative of the undergraduate interns in the Department of Astronomy. The position was new when I took it on, so part of the job was working out what it should do and leaving a structure for whoever came next.
I coordinated administrative matters between the intern body and the department, and I ran onboarding for new interns so that they could begin their internships and use the office without having to ask around. I also set the room up as a working space, from wiring and furniture to day-to-day upkeep, and managed the move when the interns were relocated to a new office.
I handed the role over to the next representative in 2025.
